to see it you can take off from runway 04R or 04L of nice airport and the city is on your left

Put Nice directory in your scenery directory of flight simulator 2000
The textures are all in fs2000 and for some one you need to have airport 2.10 and VOD 3 texture files in your main FS2000 texture directory.
you need to add on scenery.cfg this:
exclude N43 43,E7 14,N43 41,E7 20,objects
